Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically sound Interior Designer to help shape the physical environments for our Food brands and kitchens — spaces that are not only functional and efficient but also deeply reflective of our values of sincerity, authenticity, and purpose.

You will work closely with the Food Space leadership, brand managers, and operations teams to design production kitchens, QSR outlets, and experiential food spaces that balance form, flow, and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Development
  • Conceptualize and design interiors for kitchens, QSR outlets, and food experience centers across multiple brands (e.g., Swachh Chaat, Shah Biryani, Jeevras).
  • Create layouts that maximize efficiency, hygiene, and safety while maintaining brand-specific aesthetics.
  • Translate brand identities into cohesive physical spaces using color, materials, lighting, and ergonomics.
  • Technical & Coordination
  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D models, and material boards.
  • Coordinate with architects, kitchen planners, MEP consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, fire, and municipal regulations.
  • Oversee project execution from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Food Operations.
  • Integrate technology (e.g., IoT, smart kitchen systems) into spatial design wherever possible.
  • Participate in brand pod discussions and Food Council meetings for alignment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design systems, kitchen layouts, and brand storytelling through space.
  • Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent 3D design software.
  • Understanding of commercial kitchen planning, workflow design, and material selection.
  • Creative mindset combined with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance artistry with practicality, ensuring every design decision supports purpose, efficiency, and human experience.
