Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously, ensuring all aspects of the design process are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
Source and select high-quality furnishings, fabrics, and finishes, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
Stay updated on current design trends, technologies, and sustainability practices to inform and innovate design strategies.
Conduct site visits to oversee implementation of designs, ensuring that work meets specified standards and client expectations.
Prepare detailed documentation, including floor plans, specifications, and contracts, to facilitate smooth project execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness throughout the design process.
