Interior Designer

Position: Interior Designer
Location: Ernakulam

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer to join our team in the interior design and turnkey contracting sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed design layouts, ensuring accuracy in site measurements, and coordinating design elements that align with client requirements and project specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct site measurements and verify BOQ and specifications before preparing design layouts.
• Prepare layouts, elevation drawings, and detailed working drawings for execution.
• Demonstrate expertise in layout planning, color coordination, lighting design, material selection, and custom furniture detailing.
• Collaborate with project and execution teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Maintain accuracy in material lists, cutting lists, and quantity take-offs for production and site requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s standards, client preferences, and project timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in the commercial interiors segment.
• Experience working with a manufacturing firm is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Pytha, or other design tools.
• Strong visualization skills with attention to detail and functionality.
