• Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute interior designs tailored to co-working spaces
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver cohesive design solutions
• Conduct site visits, space assessments, and client consultations
• Prepare design layouts, mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with the brand and budget
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency are met
• Adapt design solutions based on user needs, space utilization, and ergonomic principles
• Provide support during execution to resolve site-level design queries

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
• 1–3 years of interior design experience (experience in co-working or commercial spaces is preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Strong sense of space planning, color theory, materials, and furniture selection
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel across locations for site visits and client meetings
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional appearance; formal business attire required for client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
