We’re looking for someone who loves office interiors, understands ergonomics, and enjoys meeting people, presenting ideas, and building long-term relationships.

About The Role

You’ll design modern workspaces and custom furniture and also represent NAVO in the market meeting interior designers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients to introduce our products, explain our ergonomic philosophy, and build collaboration opportunities.

You’ll help shape client projects from concept → design → proposal → execution, while also strengthening NAVO’s presence in the design community.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Technical

• Conceptualize and design office interiors & ergonomic workspaces.
• Create 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Design custom furniture
• Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and production documentation.

Sales, Business Development & Brand Representation

• Meet and build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Present our brand philosophy, product range, and ergonomic approach.
• Conduct product demos, showroom walk-throughs, and presentations.
• Identify new project opportunities and channel partnerships.
• Represent NAVO at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups.
• Product & Brand Education

Educate clients on:

• Ergonomics & posture
• Workspace efficiency
• Furniture materials & configurations
• Help promote NAVO’s products, workstation systems, and design services.
• Create awareness and build trust in NAVO’s brand among the design community.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio in commercial/office interiors.
• Can design furniture with practicality & aesthetics.
• Confident communicator, enjoys presenting & meeting people.
• Understands or is keen to learn about ergonomics & modern workspace trends.
• Proactive personality. Someone who takes initiative, not just accepts tasks.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D / Rendering tools.

Compensation: AED 5,000 – 8,000 (Based on skills & experience) + Performance Incentives

Note: Candidates with a valid UAE Driving License will be given preference for ease of client visits and site coordination.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
