Interior Designer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing procurement for interior design and architectural projects — from vendor sourcing to material delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor details, and inventory.
• Track material dispatch, delivery, and payment schedules.
• Identify new vendors, materials, and market trends to improve procurement efficiency.
• Ensure all purchases align with project requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma in Interior Design / Civil preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the architecture, interior, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Location - Vasna bhayali Road, Vadodara

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
