Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer with at least 2 years of proven experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing creative and innovative design solutions for residential and/or commercial projects.

Mandatory Training: 45 days training program in Coimbatore

Shift Timing: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM/ 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:

o Meet with clients to discuss their design needs and preferences.

o Present design concepts, materials, and finishes.

o Build strong client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

• Design & Planning:

o Develop floor plans, 3D models, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

o Select furniture, lighting, and other decorative elements.

o Create mood boards and presentations to showcase design concepts.

o Ensure designs adhere to client budgets and timelines.

• Project Management:

o Oversee the implementation of design projects, including site visits and coordination with contractors.

o Monitor project progress and address any challenges that may arise.

• Stay Updated:

o Keep abreast of the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

o Participate in industry events and workshops to enhance skills.

Sales & Business Development:

o Actively engage with showroom visitors and convert them into paying clients.

o Build strong client relationships and foster repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
