Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team and work closely with the Chairman’s Office on a variety of high-profile space design projects. The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas into functional, inspiring, and visually striking spaces while managing each phase of the design process from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interior design projects from initial concept to final installation.
• Interpret client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Prepare project briefs, define timelines, and estimate costs.
• Develop sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to present design ideas.
• Source appropriate materials, furnishings, and products within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors during project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Prefer graduates from top universities in the Philippines.
• Strong artistic vision, sketching ability, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in layout planning, color theory, lighting, and material selection.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Professional attitude, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving ability.
