Interior Designer

Role - Interior Designer

Industry - Short-term rentals/holiday homes

Location - Motor city, Dubai

Key Responsibilities :

• Outline the company's design objectives
• Conceptualize and sketch design plans
• Determine project requirements and schedule during the brief
• Determine cost of completion in the budgeting phase
• Create mood boards to sample design vision
• Utilize the design process digitally
• Inspect design after completion to analyze if standards have been met
• Work closely with designers, architects, decorators and constructors
• Adhere to the environmental and legal requirements in terms of infrastructure

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in interior designing or equivalent field
• 2-3 years of UAE experience as an interior designer or similar role
• Excellent portfolio
• Highly creative, intellectual and imaginative
• Expertise in layout, colour, design, lighting, material selection, custom furniture and all installations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Illustrator, Sketch up or similar design software
