About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to support our Lead Designer with setting up approximately 20 homes. This role involves design planning, sourcing, staging, project coordination, and ensuring all homes reflect a cohesive and high-quality design standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on design work and wants to be part of a fast-moving, high-volume home-setup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Designer with design concepts, space planning, and material selections
• Source décor, furnishings, color palettes, finishes, and accessories
• Help stage and set up properties, ensuring aesthetic consistency
• Coordinate purchasing, deliveries, and vendor communication
• Prepare design boards, samples, and layout suggestions as needed
• Support inventory management and organize design materials
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and ensure properties meet design standards
• Collaborate with assistants, handymen, and the staging team
• Handle basic administrative tasks tied to design projects

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, staging, or related field
• Strong eye for color, balance, and styling
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple homes at once
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties
• Comfortable with hands-on staging work (moving décor, unpacking, arranging rooms)
• Proficiency with basic design tools or software is a plus (Canva, Pinterest, SketchUp, etc.)

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time - Must have flexible schedule
• 90-Day Contract (possibility to extend to a long-term role)
• Competitive project based pay depending on experience
