Interior Designer

We’re hiring a talented Interior Designer to lead the design execution of our residential and workforce accommodation projects — from concept to on-site delivery.

• Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with MNZIL’s brand standards and operational needs.
• Transform ideas into fully executable drawings and technical plans.
• Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and materials selections.

• Prepare full working drawings, shop drawings, and technical boards.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimations, and quantity take-offs.
• Review quotations, study tenders, and support technical evaluations.

• Supervise on-site execution and ensure full alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Follow up with contractors and suppliers during implementation.
• Conduct inspections, snag lists, and final handover works.

• Select finishing materials, fixtures, and fittings.
• Ensure quality, durability, and cost efficiency.
• Approve samples and mock-ups before execution.

• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
• Align with operations and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure design decisions support functionality, safety, and scalability.

• Prepare periodic site and progress reports.
• Track project details from early stages until final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong creative design talent with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Solid experience in site supervision, handovers, and finishing works.
• Deep understanding of materials, technical details, construction methods, and specifications.
• Strong experience in BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, and quotation review.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, MEP, and execution drawings.
• High ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

• AutoCAD
• 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit (Photorealistic Rendering is a plus)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Excel (for BOQs, reports, and tracking)
