Position Title: Interior Designer
Location: Head Office, Plot# 55-A, SMCHS, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative Interior Designer to plan and deliver high-quality interior solutions for our projects. You will design functional, attractive spaces, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with teams and consultants to enhance project value.

Key Responsibilities:
● Establish and maintain standardized design guidelines, material palettes, and space planning protocols to ensure consistency across projects.
● Oversee site visits, design reviews, and quality inspections to confirm construction aligns with approved interiors and specifications.
● Integrate innovative design concepts, sustainable practices, and cost-efficient solutions to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and project value
● Conceptualize and create interior design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that align with client needs and market trends.
● Develop detailed drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentation materials using industry-standard interior design tools.
● Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture from a recognized institution.
● 5–7 years of professional experience in interior design or real estate projects, with a focus on high-rise, residential, or commercial developments.
● Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating detailed plans, 3D visuals, and presentations.
● Strong experience in space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and FF&E coordination to deliver cohesive and functional interiors.
● Hands-on understanding of construction methods, finishes, and site coordination to ensure designs are executed accurately.
● Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate client requirements into innovative and practical interior solutions.
