Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer for our furnishing and furniture division. The ideal candidate will design spaces, create furniture layout plans, advise clients, and support product customization while ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their space requirements, style preferences, and budget.
- Create interior layout plans for homes, offices, showrooms, and commercial projects.
- Design custom furniture concepts, color themes, and furnishing combinations.
- Recommend fabrics, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, window treatments, and décor accessories.
- Prepare 2D/3D room layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with production, upholstery, carpentry, and installation teams.
- Visit sites for space measurement, material selection, and project supervision.
- Suggest improvements in existing furniture designs and furnishing collections.
- Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, and interior concepts.
- Maintain client communication and ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in interior design (preferably in furnishing or furniture sector).
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color combinations, and space utilization.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of fabrics, materials, upholstery, and modern furniture trends is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
