Interior Designer/Architect/Design Curator (Female)

NOTE: INTERIOR DESIGN PORTFOLIO IS REQUIRED & INVOLVES CUSTOMER DEALING

Work will include:

• Working on building material projects (i.e. Residential Commercial), creating design plans and close knit workings with the Architects, Interior Designers, Design Studios based in Lahore.
• Meeting with clients, contractors, designers & architects.
• Proactively following up on assigned customer leads.
• Utilize design software for renderings and project pricing.
• Price projects and manage the ordering process from concept to completion.
• Product material selections including finishes, countertops.
• On-site project meetings, measuring and layouts.
• Communicate & collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure successful installations.
• Meeting & exceeding achievable sales goals.

• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations Hands on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Lumion or other design programs

Experience:

• 3 year of sales or design experience
• Interior Designer/ Architect: 2 years (Required)
• Finishings/ Interior Design: 2 years (Required)
