Position: Interior & Furniture Manager
Location: PWD Islamabad / Rawalpindi

Timing: 11am - 7pm

Role Summary

You will be the steady heartbeat of our workshop and showroom guiding designs from imagination to creation. From the scent of fresh-cut wood to the final polish on a delivered masterpiece, you’ll make sure every piece speaks craftsmanship, discipline, and beauty. You’ll manage production, interior coordination, finishes, timely dispatches, and customer satisfaction with the grace of an artist and the precision of an engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete production cycle of furniture from raw materials to final finishing.
• Ensure strict implementation of SOPs, quality standards, safety guidelines, and workflow discipline.
• Collaborate with carpenters, polish experts, upholsterers, designers, and dispatch teams.
• Manage project timelines for custom furniture, interiors, and décor projects.
• Inspect all items for finishing, durability, measurements, and packaging quality.
• Coordinate with delivery and installation teams to ensure smooth dispatch and on-site placement.
• Maintain client communication for project updates, measurements, queries, and after-sales service.
• Prepare documentation: job orders, quality checklists, production status sheets.
• Optimize workshop efficiency and resource allocation.
• Ensure strong coordination between design, production, procurement, and logistics.
• Train and motivate production staff to maintain quality and professionalism.
• Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and installations when required.

Preferred Education

Degree in:

• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical / Civil Engineering
• Interior Design
• Architecture
• Product Design
• (Or strong experience in furniture/interiors without a degree.)

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years in furniture manufacturing, interior projects, site supervision, or production management.
• Knowledge of carpentry, upholstery, polishing, materials, and tools is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
