Job Objective 

The Product Manager will define and execute product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that meet business goals. This role focuses on product discovery, roadmap ownership, and driving execution through clear communication, prioritization, and continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and discovery through launch and iteration. 

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals. 

• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities. 

• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. 

• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on impact and feasibility. 

• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. 

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote alignment across teams. 

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and improve product adoption and usability. 

• Analyze product performance and leverage data to drive continuous improvement. 

• Stay informed on trends in cloud, SaaS, and emerging technologies including AI and apply insights to product strategy. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience building and delivering SaaS products. 

• Strong understanding of cloud concepts (preferably AWS) and modern software development practices. 

• Experience partnering with engineering teams using technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. 

• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, prioritize effectively, and drive cross-functional alignment. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset. 

Good to Have 

• AWS, PMP, CSM/PSM, or other product-related certifications. 

• Experience working with AI/GenAI tools or integrating AI capabilities into products. 

• Exposure to cloud consulting, DevOps, or automation-focused environments.
