Client Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, iteration, and optimization
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals and technical feasibility
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs and AI/ML concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on backend systems
• Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs, databases, system integrations, and Python-based architectures
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Analyze product performance using data, metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early and make informed trade-off decisions
• Support go-to-market activities by coordinating with business teams and ensuring product readiness
• Gather and prioritize feedback from internal stakeholders, customers, and end users
• Ensure product scalability, reliability, and alignment with long-term platform strategy



To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong Product Management skills: planning, prioritization, and execution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and Python-based systems
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, and backend workflows
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
• Skilled in writing user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and business teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools for product insights
• Familiarity with databases, server-side workflows, and system integration
• Note: Experience with Node.js or React is not required

Other Details:

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Experience: 5+ years of overall experience with 2 years as a product manager with a strong background in Python and Backend Development

Timing: 9 am to 6 pm
