Position: Commercial Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycles—from planning and development to execution and post-release activities.
- Write, review, and refine product content, including feature descriptions, product notes, and in-app communication.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely product updates and releases.
- Oversee product testing, identify functional or UI/UX issues, and prepare detailed QA and testing reports.
- Support marketing and commercial teams in executing campaign broadcasts and ensuring timely delivery of all product-related communications.
- Maintain, update, and organize all product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in product coordination, commercial operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital products, product lifecycle processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in writing clear product descriptions, feature notes, and communication content.
- Basic understanding of QA processes and product testing workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with various teams.· Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with task management tools is a plus.
