Fintech Product Manager

NCRi Solutions is looking for a Fintech Product Manager based in Islamabad to lead product growth, strategy, and execution for digital financial solutions. The role focuses on developing wallet, payments, and money-movement products while working with engineering, operations, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and growth plans for fintech products
• Drive end-to-end product development: requirements, user stories, sprint planning, and launch
• Conduct market and customer research to identify insights and opportunities
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and legal to deliver compliant and scalable solutions
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize for adoption, activation, retention, and revenue
• Ensure risk and fraud considerations are embedded in product design
• Communicate product updates and priorities with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of fintech experience (wallets, payments, money movement, financial services)
• Proven growth and product strategy experience
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory and legal aspects of the digital payment’s ecosystem SECP
• Experience with payment processors, PSPs, KYC/AML, or fraud controls
