Job Summary

First Gas is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer (Female) with an architectural background to join our team. The role involves developing interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for offices, facilities, and project-related spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts aligned with project requirements and company standards
• Prepare space planning, layouts, and interior design drawings
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes
• Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
• Support site visits and follow up on implementation when required
• Prepare BOQs and assist in cost estimation for interior works

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications
• Strong attention to detail and design sensibility
• Ability to work independently and within a team
