Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetic, and client-focused interior spaces. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling projects from concept to execution, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring designs are delivered in line with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
• Prepare design presentations aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts (plans, elevations, sections).
• Develop 3D visualizations and renders when required.
• Produce BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and fit-out teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals.
• Support project handover and snagging processes.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Present design proposals and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, pricing, and timelines.
• Support procurement and installation processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture sourcing in the UAE market.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and approvals is an advantage.
• 3+ years of work experience with AutoCAD
• 4+ years of work experience with Interior Design
• 3+ years of work experience with 3D Visualization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
