Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our interior fit-out and design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Development

• Prepare interior design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and material selections.
• Develop detailed design drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare FF&E schedules and material specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with client requirements, authority regulations, and project budgets.

Technical Drawings

• Prepare and review:
• Concept drawings
• Layouts & detailed drawings
• Shop drawings for fit-out works
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and site teams for design clarity.

Client Coordination

• Attend client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
• Understand client briefs and convert them into functional, aesthetic designs.
• Support senior designers in project approvals and revisions.

Project Support

• Assist in site coordination to ensure design intent is implemented correctly.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for materials and finishes.
• Review mockups and samples for approval.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
• 4–7 years experience in interior design (UAE fit-out experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and office interiors
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3Ds Max / Lumion / Enscape
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Good understanding of:
• Interior materials & finishes
• Joinery & fit-out detailing
• Local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Good communication & presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred

• UAE experience in fit-out or contracting companies
• Knowledge of BOQ, value engineering, and cost-effective design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
