Interior Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of spatial aesthetics, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and visually appealing spaces. This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to create innovative designs that enhance the quality of life and culture in the spaces we design.

Duties
- Develop and present design concepts that meet client requirements and expectations.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other design software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Engage in sales activities by promoting design services to potential clients.

Experience
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other relevant design software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects from conception through completion.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and contract management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors.
- A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is required for consideration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
