Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to design functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. The ideal candidate should be able to manage projects from concept to completion, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure timely delivery within budget while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts aligned with client vision and brand standards.
• Prepare compelling design presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to achieve cohesive design outcomes.
• Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings including plans, elevations, and sections.
• Develop 3D visualizations and renderings as required for project presentations and approvals.
• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and material schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, suppliers, and fit-out teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation accuracy.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with design intent.
• Support project handover, snagging, and final inspections.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
• Present design proposals confidently and incorporate client feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, pricing negotiations, and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong 3D visualization skills.
• 3–4 years of relevant interior design experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, and villa renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and technical detailing.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and industry standards (UAE preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies to enhance concept development, visualization, and project efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
