Junior / Senior Interior Designer

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Non-Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior and/or Senior Interior Designer to join our high-end residential design team in Las Vegas. This position requires advanced technical drafting expertise and the ability to produce comprehensive Interior Design (ID) drawing sets for luxury residential projects. The selected candidate will work directly with the Principal and collaborate closely with other team members throughout all phases of design and documentation.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, exceptionally detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven studio environment with high standards and expectations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to exclusive, high-profile projects while being part of a collaborative, ambitious team dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop FF&E selections based on client directives, design intent, and project requirements
  • Produce comprehensive ID drawing sets, including: Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Detailed millwork drawings, Schedules and specifications
  • Draft and model projects with precision using Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • Create accurate 3D models, including custom furniture and built-in elements
  • Coordinate drawings with principle and internal design teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Prepare polished client presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Lumion, or similar visualization tools
  • Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to established drafting standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required)
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction documentation and interior design drawing standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Lumion, or comparable rendering software
  • Ability to create and manipulate 3D furniture model
