Studio GAIA is an award-winning interior design firm based in Miami & New York City, specializing in the hospitality industry.

We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer / CAD Drafter with a hospitality design background to join our team in Miami.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Collaborating and developing the design with principal and other team members;
• Proficient with AutoCAD software to create detailed designs and drawings such as plans, elevations, and details;
• Work from rough sketches and specifications given by principal and team members;
• Create realistic 3D models using Revit.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• BA in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality design
• High level of proficiency in AutoCAD required
• Knowledge of FF&E Specifications
• Ability to work independently and as well as within a team
• Experience with 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Must be a self-starter and eager to participate in all aspect of design process
