This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who not only creates beautiful spaces but also excels at building a loyal client base and driving sales through exceptional service and expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with clients to bring their vision to life—from concept to completion
• Develop and present design concepts, including space planning, furniture selections, and color palettes
• Build and grow your own book of business through networking, referrals, and relationship-building
• Translate design concepts into product sales and project revenue
• Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate design intent and value
• Manage multiple client projects while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio showcasing residential or luxury interior design work
• Proven success in sales and client development within a design or related industry
• Expertise in space planning, elevations, and furniture selection
• Ability to confidently guide clients from inspiration to final purchase
• Strong closing skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-based role, with earnings generated through design fees and product sales. High performers have the opportunity to earn well above the base range.
