Interior Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager with, interior designer skills, to join our team. Experience is needed while we are also open to teaching and helping you grow into the job. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and ability to finish what they start. A background in project management, contractor, or interior design is helpful. Must possess excellent leadership skills is important.

Duties:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Implement project engineering principles to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee project implementation from inception to delivery.
- Employ Earned Value Management techniques to monitor project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure quality management standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and negotiate with stakeholders when necessary.

Skills:
- Ability to plan and execute project planning and scheduling.
- Strong background in project engineering principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills to guide project teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Kanban methodology for efficient task management.
- Ability to oversee end-to-end project implementation processes.
- Understanding of quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet standards.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques for resolving conflicts and reaching agreements.
- Experience managing content management systems for effective documentation.

-Speaking Spanish and other languages is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
