Interior Designer

Full Time Interior Designer Position

Location: Carmel Valley, San Diego - Hybrid in office and WFH

We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer expertise in CAD, SketchUp, Mac Suite and Design Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed CAD drawings, including cabinetry design, construction documents, space planning, and lighting layouts
• Build 3D models and produce renderings using SketchUp
• Prepare client presentations, material selections, and finish schedules
• Source furnishings, materials, and fixtures aligned with project budgets and design intent
• Create proposals, pricing packages, and purchase orders
• Manage procurement process including order placement, tracking, and expediting
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and workrooms
• Maintain project timelines and task management across multiple jobs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Assist with site visits and oversee installations to ensure design intent is executed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on residential construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCad and SketchUp, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Mac Suite of Keynote, Numbers, Pages.
• Experience in Asana.
• Experience in Design Manager or similar project management software
