Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer

Required Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years experience in the field with design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school
• Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, contractors, and consultants
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback
• Attentive to details, proactive, highly-organized with the ability to multi-task
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Creative Director to develop creative direction for each project
• Work on projects from all phases of design, including but not limited to: initial design concepts, rendering, sourcing, procurement, and installation
• Produce 3D models in SketchUp of interior spaces and create animations of the models for presentation purposes
• Work closely from inspiration boards and 3D model to source relevant FF&E to appoint designed spaces within budget
• Source and work with outside vendors to procure and coordinate all furniture, fixtures, & accessories
• Serve as point of contact with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Produce materials schedule for each signed-off design
• Manage multiple projects at once
• Keep clear and accessible records of correspondence as well as detailed time records of hours spent on each project
• Provide design support and administration during completion and execution of design concepts
