Interior Designer

We are looking for interior designers to join our team,

candidate must have 3+ years of extensive experience in high-end residential , commercial & hospitality interiors, from concept to completion including delivery of highly detailed rendering, understanding details, and providing solutions as well as client-facing with a strong personality and decision making.candidates must have experience in 3dsMax ,AutoCAD & photoshop.

** portfolio is mandatory for applications construction otherwise the application will be neglectedROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* create breathtaking designs

* handling many projects simeltanuasly .

* Set a client meeting to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors ,further coordination is required to meet the project objectives.

* Create mood /material boards for client approval.

* Undertake design project from concept into completion.

* Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project and ensure completion on the given timeline.

* Visiting Site if requested by client/design manager.

* Coordinate with the Contractor/Consultant and revise the shop drawings.

* Prepare space planning Layout.

* prepare schematic layouts and design drawings if required.

* Work on the Furniture selection from websites or local market.

* Research and selection on the materials and products sourcing.

* Prepare drawings , material specifications and BOQ if requested .

* To be aware and updated about anything related to design, technology in design field and new trends and materials.

* Meet Suppliers for any new products.

* working under pressure to meet the delivery date .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
