We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about design but also brings a positive, energetic attitude to every project. The perfect candidate for this position will be well versed in installation practice, quality of materials, current design trends, as well as, history of interior design styles. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, conceptualize designs, and manage projects from inception through completion.

**Responsibilities:**

- Work closely with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget.

- Develop design concepts that align with client goals and project requirements.

- Create detailed drawings, finishing schedules, purchase orders, mood boards, and 3D renderings to visualize design concepts and communicate design.

- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Oversee installations and ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and quality standards.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the design process.

- Collect samples, and maintain positive relationships with all vendors, subs, and superintendent.

- Visit jobs sites and take detailed notes and photos.

- Manage a variety of tasks, schedules, and contacts.

**Qualifications:**

- Associates degree in Interior Design, project management, construction, or related field.

- 4 years of experience in interior design , project management, or related field with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as Chief Architect, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, experience with MyDoma or Revit a major plus.

- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial relationships.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Driven to succeed!

- A positive and energetic personality with a commitment to detail, customer satisfaction, and providing solutions.

- Volunteer experience a plus.
