Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their design needs and preferences.
• Develop detailed plans and 3D models to illustrate design concepts.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, and accessories suitable for designs.
• Stay updated with new design trends, innovations, and techniques in the industry.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals for project execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure the design adheres to plans and specifications.
• Generate comprehensive project cost estimates for client approval and budgeting.
• Present design proposals to clients for approval and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Prepare and review detailed interior design plans, including floor and ceiling layouts.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a robust portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and lighting principles.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and ADA guidelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for client presentations and consultations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
