Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

We are looking for highly talented 3D Designers / Fit-Out Designers for our interior and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling shop drawings (civil & MEP) and must be proficient in 3D design and visualization using the latest industry software, such as:

• Autodesk 3ds Max
• SketchUp
• Blender
• Revit
• Cinema 4D
• Rhino
• Lumion
• Unreal Engine
• Enscape
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations for interior and fit‑out projects.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, including civil, interior, joinery, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Produce technical drawings, layouts, and material specifications for execution teams.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, project guidelines, and local regulations.
• Work collaboratively on design concepts, space planning, and project presentations.
• Manage project documentation and maintain organized drawing records.
• Stay updated with new 3D software and visualization trends to enhance design quality.
• Support the project team with on-site measurement, design adjustments, and technical clarifications when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
