Interior Designer (3D Visualization & 2D Drafting) – Female Only

We are looking for a talented Female Interior Designer with strong experience in both 2D technical drawings and high-quality 3D design, along with a refined sense of style and excellent aesthetic taste. This role requires a designer who can confidently handle detailed shop drawings, realistic 3D visualizations, and who is also capable of personally sourcing, selecting, and curating decorations, furnishings, and all interior details for residential projects, including villas and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate 2D shop drawings and technical documentation for interior layouts, fit-outs, and custom furniture.

Produce high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations for design presentations and client approvals.

Assist in space planning and layout development based on client requirements and project scope.

Visit showrooms and suppliers to select decorations, furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories, and finishing details.

Demonstrate strong design taste in selecting colors, materials, textures, and décor that suit the design concept.

Manage furnishing and decoration of new apartments, ensuring a cohesive and elegant final result.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the design vision is executed accurately on site.

Attend site visits, measurements, and on-site coordination when required.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience in residential interior design with strong attention to styling and details.

Excellent aesthetic judgment and the ability to curate décor and furnishings independently.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, and Photoshop.

Solid understanding of technical drawings and detailing.

Ability to translate mood boards and concepts into refined, real-life interiors.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Valid UAE driving license (required).

Experience:

Interior Design: Minimum 3 years (Required)

Site Supervision: Minimum 2 years (Required)
