Architectural Draftsman

Job Title: Architectural Draftsman – Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical plans for interior fit-out projects.
• Develop shop drawings, sections, elevations, and 3D models as required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with design intent, client requirements, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Modify and update existing drawings based on site conditions, design revisions, or client feedback.
• Maintain a library of standard details, drawings, and templates for future projects.
• Work efficiently to meet tight project deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technical standards related to fit-out and joinery.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction techniques, joinery detailing, and material specifications.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and design plans.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
