Interior Designer and Personal Secretary to MD

Job Title: Interior Designer cum Personal Secretary to MD

We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and proactive Interior Designer cum Personal Secretary to MD with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic design firm. The ideal candidate will be capable of balancing both creative design responsibilities and executive administrative support with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design Duties:

  • Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations
  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and oversee project execution
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project reports

Executive / Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, emails, and documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain project files and office records
  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design (UAE experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant design software
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle both creative and administrative responsibilities
