Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Interior Designer / Architect to spearhead the establishment of a new design division. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a creative professional passionate about design innovation, material application, and client-centered solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of interior and architectural design practices and be capable of translating concepts into tangible, compelling environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and set up the company’s new Design Division.
• Develop and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Produce conceptual designs, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, and budget.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Design and organize customer visualization spaces (e.g., showrooms, mock-up areas).
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and material innovations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Background:
• B.Arch (Architecture), B.Sc in Interior Design
• Professional Experience:
• 5 to 8 years in Architecture or Interior Design roles
• Key Skills:
• Strong design sense with attention to detail
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills
• Proficient in design software such as:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Leadership capability to establish and manage a team
