Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with clients, builders, and in-house trades to bring design visions to life while understanding the practicalities of construction and buildability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, space plans, and material palettes for full home renovations
• Collaborate with construction and project management teams throughout all project phases
• Source and specify finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
• Attend site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience in interior design with a focus on residential construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Creative eye with technical precision

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
