<Responsibilities>

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client goals, architectural frameworks, and project budgets.
• Create detailed drawings and renderings using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize ideas clearly.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate design details, lighting plans, and material selections for renovation and remodeling projects.
• Prepare accurate construction documents, including drafting specifications and contracts, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design process.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation phases, troubleshoot issues related to construction or lighting design, and ensure project specifications are met.
• Present design proposals confidently to clients, incorporating feedback to refine concepts and achieve their vision.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing architectural projects involving renovation or remodeling.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit; experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max (3ds <PERSON>), Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of drafting techniques, color theory, lighting design principles, and construction processes.
• Knowledge of contracts management, project management practices, budgeting strategies, and sales techniques related to lighting sales or interior furnishings.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications accurately while coordinating multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and negotiating with clients or vendors.
• A background in interior design focusing on architectural environments; familiarity with lighting sales and renovation projects is a plus.
