We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Interior Designer specializing in architectural projects to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of interior spaces that blend aesthetic appeal with functional excellence. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and aesthetic preferences for architectural interior spaces.
• Visit project sites to take accurate field measurements, document existing conditions, and evaluate spatial constraints prior to design development.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts using advanced tools such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed plans and visualizations.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations to clearly communicate design concepts to clients and project teams.
• Prepare accurate drafting and technical drawings that integrate lighting design, color theory, and material specifications to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams to adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits for renovation and remodeling projects to oversee construction progress, ensure design integrity, and address any unforeseen issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed contracts, proposals, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout all project phases.
• Stay current with industry trends in lighting sales, interior design innovations, CAD drafting techniques, and construction practices to continually elevate project quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior design with a strong focus on architectural projects; a portfolio demonstrating expertise in renovation and remodeling is preferred.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), and 3ds Max for visualization and design development.
• Ability to produce accurate site measurements and translate them into detailed plans and 3D models.
• Solid understanding of drafting standards, CAD techniques, color theory principles, lighting design concepts, and construction processes.
• Experience managing projects from conception through completion—including budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation—and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of lighting sales strategies and familiarity with lighting design principles for commercial or residential environments.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration; ability to interpret client needs into actionable designs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
