We’re seeking a talented Interior Design Assistant to join our experienced design team. Our studio specializes in creating distinctive, timeless interiors that fall outside the boundaries of any predetermined style or genre. Our designers are highly skilled, creative, and committed to excellence, honesty, and integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design team in developing design concepts for residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate with vendors and manage communication on orders, lead times, and deliveries
• Source products and obtain pricing from vendors
• Order and track samples; pick up samples as needed
• Assist with social media engagement and content coordination
• Gain hands-on experience in project setup, procurement, and implementation

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Space Planning
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion is mandatory — candidates without strong skills in these programs will not be considered
• Knowledge of design principles and construction documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and AutoCAD preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• May be required to bend, stretch, twist, and reach
• Must be able to sit for long periods while working at a computer
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 lbs

HOURS

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
