Interior Designer - BIM

Job Title: BIM ID Modeler (Interior Design)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Location: Dubai
Work Schedule:

• Timing: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Project Type: Commercial Projects
Required Experience: Minimum 5+ Years GCC experience with consultant background
Evaluation Period: 2 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models for interior spaces in compliance with project standards and guidelines.
• Prepare shop drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, joinery details, ceiling plans, and interior material schedules.
• Coordinate interior models with architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks / Revit.
• Review, update, and maintain BIM models throughout project phases (Design, Construction, As-Built).
• Participate in design coordination meetings and communicate with consultants/clients for drawing clarifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local authority standards and project specifications.
• Support the design/ID team in delivering documentation within project timelines.
• Prepare as-built drawings and update models based on site changes and approvals.
