Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer specializing in buses, caravans, and mobile living spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong design and engineering understanding, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to convert functional requirements into creative, ergonomic, and aesthetic interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Create interior designs for buses, caravans, vanity vans, motorhomes, and special-purpose vehicles.

· Develop 2D layouts, 3D layouts, conceptual drawings, and detailed technical drawings.

· Work with fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.

· Select materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, and interior components suited for mobile environments.

· Ensure compliance with safety, durability, space-utilization, and automotive standards.

· Manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.

· Conduct site visits and quality checks during fabrication and installation.

Required Skills

· Strong portfolio in bus/caravan/RV interior design.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar 3D design tools.

· Lenix

· Knowledge of ergonomics, material specs, lighting design, structural design, and automotive interiors.

· Ability to manage end-to-end design and execution.

· Strong communication and vendor-management skills.

Preferred Profile

· B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Interior Design / Architecture / Industrial Design (preferred).

· 8–10 years of experience in bus building, caravan design, automotive interior design, or related fabrication industries.

· A strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects in buses/caravans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
