INTERIOR DESIGNER -CONTRUCTION

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards
• Prepare detailed interior drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams
• Select finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples
• Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance during execution
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for design implementation
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and project standards
• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and final handover

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 8-10 years of experience in interior design for construction projects
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings
