We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer cum Draftsman who can combine design creativity with strong technical drafting, including production and MEP drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, design preferences, and provide professional suggestions.
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, space planning, and mood boards.
• Prepare accurate production drawings, shop drawings, joinery details, and MEP coordination drawings.
• Ensure drawings reflect practical site conditions and meet technical standards.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using interior design applications (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, V-Ray, etc.).
• Present design proposals and material boards to clients for approvals.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, prepare as-built drawings, and coordinate with site engineers.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors for smooth integration of MEP services in the overall design.
• Source and recommend materials, finishes, and furniture in line with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interiors/fit-out industry.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD (mandatory for production & MEP drawings).
• Proficiency in SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, V-Ray, and other interior design apps.
• Proven ability to deliver detailed joinery drawings, furniture layouts, and MEP coordination drawings.
• Strong understanding of MEP services integration within interior projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects within tight deadlines.
