Interior Designer cum Draftsman

Ter Spaces is a Dubai-based design and fit-out company specializing in modern, functional, and creative spaces. We are looking for a talented Interior Designer cum Draftsman to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renders for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, and material selections.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure design intent is delivered.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather measurements and verify progress.
• Create accurate technical drawings, joinery details, and fit-out shop drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE authority standards and regulations.
• Support the design team in preparing tender and construction packages.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the UAE as an Interior Designer or Draftsman.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to prepare authority submission drawings (Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out detailing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
