Customer Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget.
- Offer creative and practical advice on furniture, color schemes, materials, and decor items.
- Develop and present custom design plans using software tools, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Design Implementation:
- Use AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and Google SketchUp to create detailed layouts, 3D visualizations, and design renderings.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project execution as per the design.
- Oversee on-site work to maintain quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
Sales & Promotional Activities:
- Promote home decor products and services through engaging presentations, events, and exhibitions.
- Upsell and cross-sell home decor items and services by showcasing their benefits and features.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Handle post-project interactions, including client feedback and minor adjustments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and Google SketchUp is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and decor trends.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to engage clients effectively.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years years of professional experience in interior design and client engagement
- Age below 30 years
