  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Procurement to ensure seamless execution from design through installation
  • Participate in and contribute to client presentations, clearly communicating design intent and selections
  • Support and attend project installations, ensuring the final outcome aligns with the design vision
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support sourcing, pricing, and lead time management
  • Take ownership of deadlines, proactively problem-solve, and maintain momentum across multiple active projects

  • Proven experience developing furniture packages, sourcing, and specifications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (speed and accuracy are essential)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Degree from an accredited Interior Design program
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Occasional travel required (approximately 4–6 projects per year for installations)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance
