Interior Designer Head

The Interior Designer Head will lead the design and execution functions of the Interior Division for Sabhan Furniture & Interior and Homvogue Interior Studio. The role involves heading the design team, managing project execution, and closely assisting the sales and business development teams in converting leads into confirmed interior projects. The candidate will ensure each project reflects design excellence, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Project Management

• Lead the interior design team in preparing creative concepts, 2D/3D designs, and BOQs.
• Oversee design development, client presentations, and on-site coordination.
• Review and finalize designs ensuring quality, feasibility, and brand standards.
• Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to cost estimates.

Sales Support & Deal Closing

• Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to support client conversions.
• Attend client meetings to present design concepts and clarify project details.
• Prepare design proposals, visual presentations, and layout plans that help close deals.
• Provide technical and design-related inputs to enhance client confidence and finalize sales.

Client Coordination

• Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Present concepts and revisions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain client satisfaction throughout the design and execution stages.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and motivate the interior design team and interns.
• Assign project responsibilities and monitor performance and timelines.
• Foster creativity and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Technical & Coordination

• Guide the preparation of detailed working drawings and material selections.
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and project execution teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
